Your thread did go off on a tangent there but I'm glad you're sorted.
I have many apps and vst's licensed through various dongles. I can't say it's ever been a problem. Just keep the drivers up to date.

Well...getting back to the iLok...
I'd just like to report that I did get the software, I did get the iLok, I did go through the registration stuff and...at least so far... it doesn't appear to be the satanic beast described in some of the disgrunt…
Yeah man, I have a lot of samples! But if I was starting over, I wouldn't get all of them! My raid automatically rebuilds - no restart, just replace a drive and it goes. It's the ARECA 1220 pci express raid card.

Hi Steve - I have 8 raptor 10k drives at raid 6. This means any two can fail and it still works. My throughput is around 350MB sec.

I do have Goliath, Gary, and the drums are certainly usable if not great. I would suggest ezdrummer before BFD (I have both and DFH.)
