Bio

Background

I'm not a professional composer, but I've been doing it for many years. I mainly compose solo piano and chamber works, but have been known to dabble in rock and electronic.

Style

My style is generally tonal and thematic, but I don't shy away from extended tonality/harmony where appropriate for the mood and style. I look up to Rimsky-Korsakov, Poulenc and Fanelli among others.

Ethos

I would rather evoke an emotional response and take a listener on a journey than attempt to do something clever.
