My name is Dean Valentine, I live in Dublin,Ireland and I've worked as a professional composer for TV/Film & and media since 1999.

To date I've composed music for a number of 26 & 52 part animation/live-action series,game mods,short films & and documentaries for Production companies around Europe,Asia and USA.

my composition for the short CG animation film by Zennor Alexander titled 'Grey's Elegy' was a runner up in the Soundsonline May/June music contest as voted for by the Sounds-online team and the movies creater.


As a prize I get to pick one of their new Play sample Libraries!

Grey's elegy was just wonderful. Great mix of orchestra, voice and the 11 dimentions of string theory. Very nice piano outro as well. I look forward to hearing much more of your music in the near future...

Hi Rami,
I've never used PC's with sample libraries only Mac so I know very little about them sorry,if you check out Platinum pro XP at soundonline they usually give the specs required for PC's
3-4 Gb RAM would be better also Kontakt 2 is vastly superior to kompakt re CPU/RAM usage,and you will definitely need a very fast External drive.
The soundsonline forum is full of info,theres a guy there called LEX whos a total wiz with tech stuff if you joined and PM'd him,he'll help you out.
