Absolutely fascinating -- certainly one of the best works I've heard on the forum since it was reconstituted. Instrumentation, harmony and a genuine intensity of feeling are all there. I found the quiet passage from around 3'30"particularly inspired.
Thank you, David. This was a dificult piece for me to write and your encouragement means a lot to me.
I can imagine it needed a lot of work. It will need quite a bit to fully get to grips with as a listener as well but I suspect it will be worth it.
