Haunted Castle Rag

Another little ragtime piece, this one is modelled more on the novelty ragtime of people like Zez Confrey, Arthur Schutt, and Rube Bloom than on the "classic" ragtime of Joplin, Joseph Lamb, and James Scott.  Any comments or feedback would, as always, be appreciated.

  • The piece is really nicely structured, everything makes sense almost in a predictable sonata sense. perfect for dancing in an organized well planned dance... is this what you aimed for? then well done, i dont know much about ragtime composers, but this sounds like a classical ragtime if I ever heard one.
