would you please compare these 2 versions of an amazingly powerful first Beethoven attempt to write a c-minor Symphony movement ("Presto") from the early 1790s?.

I actually found this piece a good deal of fun -- and found both the instrumentation and tempi more to my taste than Holbergen so well done on that (the horrible NotePerfomer string tone doesn't get in the way too much in something as lively as this) It's also shorter and more concise.

yes, I thought the Holbergen repeats were rather excessive in context as we probably have no idea how many Beethoven would have wanted if he'd decided this work was worth keeping.
