Sitting at my computer flicking the stray feathers in the air, I pondered about the feathers that escape my pillow and get in the vents. Feather was written to capture that momentary pleasure of watching a feather caught in an up breeze. The feathers delicate movements as it gently flutters up and up in the breeze, as well as its sometimes dangerous journey through the ever changing winds are all captured musically in this piece.
