Music for video

I am new to the Composer's Forum - so I am still trying to figure out how it works, etc.

I write music for video, and actually shoot my own video as well. I'm developing a style with these primary instruments: piano, accordion, guitar, bass.

My latest project is here on Vimeo:

My other video/music projects can easily be found in the sidebar.

I am primarily a classical pianist - so writing this piece was very difficult for me: keeping it basic, with basic chord changes and small number of instruments. I'd love your feedback. Cheers fellow composers!

  • Thanks again David - it's fun to shake things up a bit
  • And that was amazing! loved it!
that I call vivid colors ! and great sounding music !
I actually think music fits very nice to the video regardless as you said, how opposed they can be!
Nice, it got kinda violent at the end !
  • Here is an example of music opposing the video - a seemingly peaceful/reverent setting, with music that paints an entirely different picture
