Music Composers Unite!
It's always been my favorite piece of his. Rhapsody in Blue is better known, and is beautiful and a work of great genius. I think with C in F, his understanding of music seems even deeper and more profound. Astounding heights of emotionalism.

Happy to get accepted here at Composer's Forum and while I am not sure what it is all about I think I will sort it out. Seems like a place for me to share some of mt experiments with my M-Audio Keystation 32 and my VST collections, rather than my more rock and roll and folky stuff that I now host at another site more suited for those types of songs (although I have been told that is welcome here as well, so look out). Doe's anyone know if there is a way to reset finale to original settings ?
In the course of writing/ scoring a composition the program seems to pick up
'glitches' i.e. the 8va won't place or if I erase part of a measure and then rewrite,
the playback plays double notes. A royal pain in the ........
There must be a relatively simple solution,
thanks, Roger

I'm just putting the finishing touches to a new composition for Gong. We're currently recording a new album. Daevid Allen has just added some brilliant lyrics. The whole process of writing for and with (and within) a great band really strengthens my view that working alone is much less productive (and less fun) than working with musicians you click with, the synergy that happens really takes your game to whole other level. what a wonderful way to earn a living! viva la GONG!
