I am studying to get licensed as a music teacher. I have 3 1/2 years of music composition training and 5 years of classical guitar. I play lead guitar in an awesome metal band and I perform weekly.
I enjoy writing fugues, inventions, absolute music, and musique concrete. I am trained on Pro Tools and Digital Performer but I prefer Ableton because of its efficient simplicity.
Yes, his piano music is incredible. I used to like the orchestral stuff better, esp. La Mer, but the piano music, there's just nothing like it. Current fav is Suite Bergamasque. Really love the menuet, and of course there is nothing lovlier than Clair Da Lune.
Hey, love your avatar! I have used two different Debussy avatars, he's probably my favorite composer, although Mozart and Sibelius are right thetre as well. Also Ravel, Durufle and Faure. Love that French harmony!
