I can hear a marked difference ( for the better ) in the second ( East West ) version  -particularly in the strings and overall dynamic response. What did that package set you back ?

BTW: very nice piece as well !"

  • Hey Pete,

Great music! Refreshing to hear and My museum is such a beautiful piece. Thanks for sharing!
  • Hi Pete:

I guess a lot of the age thing is subjectively internalizing the toll that 40 years of clients
have taken upon my psyche :)

Don't get me wrong ..I've had many great clients that were a pleasure and a challenge to work with on a repeated basis ..

but then, there were the OTHER 60% ..

Maybe I'll start a blog so we can all tell our "client horror stories" ..especially the ones that became funny after some years of space flavored them a bit
    !
  • Hey Phil, call me crazy, but you don't look or sound old to me. I've been a fan for a few years now. Clearly you have the realest music here. Take note: That's what music is supposed to sound like!

I'm glad it took your retirement to find your passion. That's a lesson for us all!
  • My LA time was in the late 60s -early 70s for a couple years ..

left after the 71 quake ..I took it as a message from the cosmos that I didn't like living there :)

since then I only went back to do gigs in and out.

I LOVE it up here in the NW!! nice and cool and green ..and good players in Seattle
when I wanna gt something played.

LA and NYC still have the best guys though (numerically anyway ..)
