The demo was recorded on 16 tracks of Adat with a Behringer 24x8 (the Mackie knock-off).
The single was cut and mixed on a Sony 48 trk DASH and an SSL 9k.

Hi, Ed. Thanks for adding me. Interesting comparing the 2 mixes. The first one sounds the best by today's standard, but the second one has a rawness to it that is appealing. My first multi-track was a Fostex A-8 with an 8 x 4 mixer. In the early nineties I upgraded to a DA88 and a Mackie 24 x 8. Now I do nearly everything on my Mac in Logic Pro.

I'm no stranger to the children's shows. I've two little-ones who LOVE Baby Einstein! And I love that my kids love it... they learn a lot.

Thanks for the reply.

I am working on a children's project that has a several ways it may go. It may either be a CD and/or animated or sitcom. I am holding my breath that maybe it will become a sitcom. Who knows at this point, but I am ready to find out so that I can get started. I think this will prove to be an exciting endeavor. Of course, I must put in a disclaimer. You know that with the music business anything can go wrong. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
