Hello!
I started for the love of music at age 7 when my mother would play the Warsaw Piano Concerto and also Clair de Lune. I was amazed even back then of the sounds it produced and the gorgeous melody.
I started taking lessons at age 8 and then all the way through High School. I never had training in orchestral works, but as I got older, I found myself being requested to play for weddings and church services. I started playing the Church organ for Sunday Mass in the 8th Grade. Eventually I was turned onto Christian music and how the piano was used with orchestral accomp. I looked and looked for accomp tapes and music books. They were there, but rare. So I wished I always could just write my own scores. That way, I could play whatever I wanted and have a true orchestra behind me. I found Kork Sequencers, MIDI Keyboards, and the world of electronics. Then I found the awesome power of computers and now how sampled software now works with them. I used East West Quantum Leap Symphonic Orchestra's, Symphonic Choirs. I have more orchestral sounds from Standard Solos, duets, trios, quartets to full Symphonic masterpieces han can be scored. Back in 1981 I was asked to perform piano accompinament for Elizabeth Ward, Miss America. WOW what an expierience.
I live and Harrisburg, PA and would love to hear from you and your experiences.
Stephen

Do you write your music in a sequencer, with notation software or what?
Myself, I use Finale 2008.
What does "soft creative" mean, and what is "EWQL Symphonic Orchestra" ? I'm assuming the former means something like "as opposed to hard-core classical" -- or program music, etc.
I'll go take a peek at your music. Thanks for being a friend.
Great sounding tracks...you obviously are very talented hand have a good knack for orchestration. Glad you joined the forum...let's keep in touch. -Bob
