"Hi Mark
I agree with Fredrick, and I personally feel that a strong melody is key.
Musical fashions come and go but at the end of the day we all love a compelling tune to get stuck in our heads.
Bravo mate and keep up the good work ;)

"Thanks for the kind words dude.
I've only just upgraded my system this year and the top few tracks on my profile are the first I've produced with it all.
MASSIVE learning curve, but I think it's gonna work out ok.
Stay in touch mate.

  • Hi Sean,

Definitely would be keen to meet up at some point soon. Maybe on a weekend in the coming weeks.

    cheers

  • Thanks for connecting Sean,

Love your 50s theme and the tunnels of the underground! Hope to hear more of your music soon!

    Best

    Bon
  • Hi, Listening to 'Tunnels of the Underground' - I like this kind of stuff. Love the sound overlay. Could be the overture to a rock opera. Listened to a little bit of Krays theme, but I just came in from the grocery store and have to go fix supper. Husband will be home in about 30. Thanks for adding me as a friend. I'll just let the computer roll thru your tunes while I'm cooking.
Thanks for the add. Martha Maria
  • Hey Sean, thanks for swinging by and dropping your kind words. I agree with you about ,melody in music today. Things are cyclical and it will come back around, they always do. Very nice tunes yourself. Stay in touch.

  • Hi Sean,
Thank you indeed for popping by with your very kind comments. I`d sign me up too :-) `ll cock an ear to your music when I have time - I`m busy re-editing 4 scores/parts as I`ve spent some pennies on an ad, so I`m getting ready for the "rush" - what recession he asks - surely they`ll buy!!!!
    Cheers

  • Thanks for the compliments on 'Baggy' !
It was fun producing it as well ;-) for a children comic show on dutch TV.

    Greetings Wendy
  • Definitely,....I am curently working on more samples and I'll upload them. Thank you!

  • Interesting. I might have a look through the east west stuff again.

VSL does take a bit of time to get to grips with. And you have to soak it in altiverb but it's worth it I think. Just feel their programming is better than East wests - the latter has too many oddities and tuning weirdness to work as a complete library. In my opinion anyway. :-) Still some great stuff in there though. Some of the staccato stuff is yummy :-)

Ah yes LASS - that looks good. Not sure I have the patience to program each group of 4 or so vlns though :-)
