  Hey, Robert -- yeah, that's all me. It was 6 parts, 3 tracks per part (which sounds better than the artificial chorus effect on the computer). I'm about ready to do some more tunes, just as soon as I can figure out how to add a few more hours to each day :-)

  I don't know - i mean, it already sounds great. Version two could use some "mastering" - meaning flatten out it's eq a little. Too much low mid right now (around 500hz.) But really, this is great as it is.

  "Version 2 has a faster tempo and more focus on the phrasing. I also paid more attention to intonation this time and cut the volume on some of the breaths. I'm still using GarageBand, so I'm a bit limited in terms of pitch correction (it's turned off completely in both versions).

  Hi Ralph! Welcome! Immortal sounds very cool. What's the difference between the two versions? Recording / mix? The second sounds a little more "full" to me...

  Hey, folks. I just posted "version 2" of Immortal, Invisible. I think I'm getting closer to the sound I want... but I'm still not quite there (maybe I never will be). I'd love to get some feedback on what I could do to improve the sound. Once I "get it," I plan to start playing around with some original arrangements that I'll share.

  Hi, Carlos. Actually, I'm a complete novice. Maybe even a pre-novice, when it comes to composing. But I want to learn. My goal is to ultimately arrange and perform hymns in an a capella male chorus style. I've posted my first draft of "Immortal, Invisible." I'm planning to redo it soon, focusing more on the phrasing and "feel" of the words -- but I think I'm getting pretty close to the sound I want.
