About Me (Must include at least one paragraph of biographical information about you as a composer) - blank or minimal answers on this line will cause your request to be rejected. Include a link to your website if you have one.
My name is Mark Kuipers aka Signs of Ignorance(as composer/producer), aka Bizznizz(as DJ).
I'm a young composer/producer active on contemporary electronic music and triphop. I've been busy with music throughout the largest part of my live. With my music I try to avoid boundries and create the most human or inhuman ambiances.
Besides making music, I study music management at the High school of Arts in Utrecht and work for different organizations in the music branch.
All Music Publishing:
I work as an A&R assistant for All Music Publishing, a music publisher for av-productions, television programs and documentary. We are always in search for new talented composers and producers, so if you are interested give me a post or visit www.allmusic.nl
INI Movement:
I am also co-owner and manager of a creative platform for combined arts, called INI Movement or INI. We believe that in the present creative industry it is important that different disciplines support each others work. By producing multi-disciplinary events, we try to achieve a total sensory environment for ears, eyes and feeling (we are still working on the smell ;)). Besides these multi-disciplinary events we function as a Label, trying to find sponsor deals for pressing CDs, send out press releases and organizing release parties. If you are interested, visit the website www.inimovement.com or send us a mail (also found on the website).
Next to these organizations I do freelance, event-production work. To give you an example, I recently done Hard//hoofd Festival.
Hard//hoofd (Dutch for Hard//head) is a website for art and journalism, every day there are new artistic reviews and columns. The 11th of June they have their first large festival, bringing the online columns and artists to an offline festival. If you want to know more, visit www.hardhoofd.com
To summarize it all, I’m being surrounded by music day in, day out. If not making it myself, I’m trying to help others to get their music heard. Cause you have to agree, music have to be heard!
If you have any questions, interest or just try to find someone to be heard by, don’t hesitate to contact me.
