nice to meet you and thanks for the nice comment :-)!!
Hey Ansgar, very nice work my new friend. Thanks for stopping by, I love your works I didn't have time to listen to them all yet so I'll be back, but so far my favorite is Endkampf, but I also really like Stabat mater and Halleluja Jesus Christus. I really enjoy works with choir. I hope you post more!

Hi Ansgar,
I ask only because MySpace asks which catagory of music we wish to be placed under. Classical seems to be the best for me - I think. Most of the others are pop, reggae, hip hop etc. I haven`t yet signed up to MySpace and just wondered what might be best, as I`m not as classical as a lot of music writers, but not quite hip hop, lol.
Thanks,
Best,
Tony
Ansgar, In MySpace did you sign up as a `personal` member or as a `musician`? And which category did you choose if it was as musician - was it `classical`?
Thanks,
Tony
Ansgar,
Better late than never. I haven`t been looking at this forum for a long time. I`m so sorry to not reply from your friend invite of last year.
I`ve changed my website to www.scoreexchange.com/profiles/tonywakefield which I find easier to control than SibeliusMusic, which due to AVID taking over Sibelius, is closing down the publishing site.
I have just sent off a batch of music to Stephan Zerluth of Munchen. He comes to me every few months for a fresh supply. So my music is circulating around your country. Have you heard anyone perform it, lol?
Your music sounds very interesting and inspiring. I shall look at your web site later, hoping to discover more. From your pics, you seem to be involved with educational performances. I used to teach woodwind for the local ed authorities here, but now mainly at my home studio, privately. I have a 13 year old lad who will be taking grade 8 saxophone this autumn. He is already gr7 piano. He`s becoming a typical teenage problem for his parents though at present. He doesn`t want to go into music, but wants to become a forensic scientist. Good for him i say.
Shall we keep in touch once a year :) Again, so sorry to ignore you from last year. I didn`t mean to.
Best wishes,
Tony Wakefield
Thrilling and inspiring music Ansgar.

Thanks for the friendship! I was just looking for a way to upload my jazz ensemble piece and score for a silent movie short...I will have to convert the files, maybe later tonight as I have a full plate for the day! Thanks for the reminder! Best, Laura
