Without radio shack, shopping is trickier, or should I say more patience needed. :)
Modules.pl is a pretty neat site too if you wanna upload modules
Though in the module-community it's not so popular with plugins because other players will very often miss out on them. But if you're making mp3s that's fine.
I have no idea. I barely use VSTs in Modtracker. But check out this site

It's a guy who composes and programs. In his spare time he's developing Modtracker. he's got some VST plugins for Modtracker on his site.
Ok maybe it's not very active, but it's at least active, and it's a pretty good site.
