I can't speak to the genre, but I did so enjoy it. Nice piece! Short, sweet, to the point, and a joy to listen to.

Not sure of the genre. I would just call it contemporary. I really like the dazzling harmonic movement. It could use some accents to highlight the rhythmic fun that you've baked into that.
