Hello Anthony,
I haven't had a chance to listen to your piece properly yet. I will do so later.
But I'm a hydrologist and my eyes popped up at the image you used for your Youtube video. Is that ice melting? Do you mind revealing the image's origin? When I reversed the color palette I obtained this:
hey, water bear, image is extraordinary indeed, I got it from here:

Hello Anthony,
I listened to your piece a few times, and I quite enjoyed it. It reminded me of your autumn leaves piece, but it is in my opinion significantly better because the melody is more memorable, with more personality. I think it is quite a successful piece in its style.
Thank you very much for posting it.
thanks for listening and kind words Mariza, I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
Anthony, this piece is beautiful. I really enjoyed listening to it. Great repetition but not too much. The melody leaves an impression for sure. Great job.
Anthony, I thought the piece was mis-labeled, I'm a hard core honest guy and found this
somewhat depressing. To me, water is 'the stuff of life'. Yes, you used an 'interesting picture'
but does it really relate to the music? Maybe I am missing what you are attempting to
capture and portray. Ask yourself, why would someone listen to this a second time? RS
ps- just food for thought
You have great weird keyboard sound that I really like and the piece is moody and interesting which is all good I think. I get the feeling that this is kind of improvised which is cool, but I think it would be improved with a little more structure and direction. I could hear where some other parts could be added which would help with that, perhaps if you used a score and worked out some harmonies and formal structure this would be a more memorable piece. The ending seems a bit abrupt as well.
thank you all for time to listen to this and write your thoughts, I really appreciate your feedback.
Bobby, thanks very much, I'm really glad you liked it, thanks for kind words :)
Roger, I can't agree with you, symbolism of water is as subjective as any other matter. It can be both "the stuff of life" and destructive force.
Ingo, I like lack of structure as it introduces surprise element which I think makes music interesting.
Anthony, I totally agree... water can be 'symbolic' of many things. The anonymous shaper
of terrains, the biblical flood , the anoiter of saints etc.
Some studies have shown that it can be affected by human emotion and hold psychic information
and energies within itself. It is facinating stuff. RS

This is great, very inspiring as it feels like there's a lot of small subtleties and ramifications. That's probably due to the partly random nature of improvisation, I like the spontaneous element. I think it stimulates the listener's imagination.
Also, on the topic of water, as these are fingerprints there's no water left (maybe only traces...) so the ghostly effect works really well. It makes me think of some photos that show ancient rivers on Mars, that ghost planet:

Let's just hope Earth still has a few glorious days (or millions of years) of life ahead before it starts looking like Mars!
