Hi,

It has been some time I was not here.  I have found a new

discussion on Creativity from ResearchGate.  It is a well established

free environment.  It was very difficult for me to get accepted as an

independent researcher as I am not affiliated with any university. 

Sorry that I have neglected Composer's Forum.

I will be posting some of my work once in a while. I continue to

compose music.  It is impossible to put all of that here neither

meaningful maybe.

Here is the first piece of my new song cycle 'Songs for you!' for teenagers.

Hi Ali,

nice to hear from you again. The piece is neat and pretty. I fancy the bass voice which I think provide both support and sort of counterpoint line. I had drums in my right ear only. I would like to have a less extreme panning of the drums, it felt a bit disentangled.

I am on researchgate too b.t.w., actually one of my projects is called creativity. Maybe we will see each other there.

Nice simple pop tune Ali, thanks for posting this.  You could definitely develop this much further and add some lyrics as well, I think it would have commercial appeal if you are interested in that.

Yes, long time no see/hear!

As others have said, a nice, easy going pop tune. Clipped off a little abruptly but that just needs extending the silence at the end, maybe just a tiny pause on the closing notes.

In a collection of pieces it would stand alone well without a singer but as you wrote it to a text, the vocal would sound nice if you could find a singer to match the gentleness of the music.

Altogether good.
