The link works for me but you have to have Flash enabled in your browser. If you don't, you  may (depending on how your browser is set up) get a page giving you a link to enable Flash.

Please change your link which is definitely broken to http://resources.music.indiana.edu/isfee/ as you had omitted a colon, "flash" was not the issue.
