This is one of several French Renaissance songs (in this case Tant que vivray by Claudin de Sermisy) which I've composed several adapted versions of in the past. Lately it seems that these pieces have been evolving into a wind quintet, of which this would be the first movement. The linked Musescore file with score display is a demo; I should say as usual that my deliverable is not the software generated audio file but a human performance, if there ever is one. I know this piece is naively simple; other sections of the projected work will probably be more complex. Comments welcome.
