  • That sounds like a bad file on their end. You could try a different browser / different computer and see if you get a better result. If not, I would contact the site manager -

    I was wondering if my computer is not opening zip files correctly. I've just built the pc a few weeks ago. 

    The activation codes are saved to this pc also so can't try another machine. 

    I am trying to contact technical help but can't find anywhere to contact lol
