Thank you. I am actually listening through your work at the moment, it is very diverse, from Quiet reflection to old rocker to jazzy mood. Very pleasant and melodic.
Hi Ray,
thank your for your welcoming message. I uploaded some music too.
I wish you all the best and lots of inspiration for composing music!
Regards,
Boglarka
Thanks for the welcome, Ray. I wish I could comment more, but I work full time and try to compose in my spare time, so I try to keep my internet time to a minimum. Otherwise, I wouldn't have any time for composing.
Hi Dear Ray;
Thanks for your interest!…but believe it or not in my country there are a lot of internet connection problems and I have serious problem with uploading my music to the site. But hopefully I will do this very soon.
Thanks again
Truly

Hi Ray unfortunately I was running out of time to complete the recording and so the mixing simply went a little astray I feel...but it shows off enough of the composition...It looks even better on paper! ha ha

Morning Ray. Dont know if this your area here but the 'Forum' page is not updating with comments left info. The 'Music Dissection' has received 3 additional comments from me this morning and it is stuck on Simon Godden from 1 day ago....please delete this note.
Cheers.
Craig.
I bought that cable but haven't hooked it up yet. But I have great news: I'm expecting a bit of cash flow within the next two or three weeks. So I've been scoping equipment to get me going with professional submissions. Here's what I came up with:
The new M-Audio Pro 88 weighted key controller (it's also a stage piano with sounds)
IK Multimedia's Composer Trio (which includes Miroslav Philharmonic, Sample Tank 2L and Sonik Synth 2)
Unfortunately, I just learned that Microsoft is discontinuing XP Pro, so I'm struck getting the dreaded Vista operating system (because my current op, Windows XP Media Center, doesn't support any of the music composition/production software).
I'm so excited! I can't wait to make professional sounding music. A young friend who's taking a music production course in college says it may take me about a month to get up to speed, but he's says it's not that hard to learn MIDI production.
If you have any thoughts about my chosen software, please let me know (no hurry, I've got a couple weeks).
Cheers Ray thats a massive plus! I specifically emulating the retro styles and I am so pleased with your comments. :p
Im still gigging for 'bread & butter' and love the tune 'Little Respect' by Erasure it goes down a real storm.
Thank you for your kindness and ward welcome. I hope you enjoy Nottingham. It's raining here at the moment. I'm attempting to upload a rehearsal of one of my compositions. It not in video format which seems, oddly, to be the sites favoured media type.
I have a question for you. I'm getting ready (I think) to purchase a MIDI USB connector. The goal is to use MIDI with my transcription program (Finale Songwriter 2007). Is it as simple as plugging it up and getting a transcription or do I need any other special software or hardware? Also, do I need to play each track separately?
I'm trying to get out of writing everything down but want to make sure that I know what I'm getting into before I buy this connector.
Thanks in advance for you assistance. It's good to know folks who know things. :-)
