P.S. I also wanted to thank you for your explanation of the significance of the individual pieces from "Memoir." I am sure hearing the work in its fully complexity-- various parts from different angles, in the context of an exhibition-- is a wonderful experience (perhaps a bit like seeing/hearing the early public audio-visual work of Edgar Varése).
It's fortuitous that you just left a welcome message on my page. I was thinking of leaving you a message just yesterday after I heard parts of your Memoir. (I don't recall how I stumbled onto your page). I started with the violin and synth, then listened to the 02 War Years, and ended with Memoir 01 Voice. They were all superb, I thought. I most enjoyed War Years and Voice. The mix in War Years of Buddhist chanting, marching, German and Italian oratory, sirens, crowds yelling slogans and operatic aria was most effective and moving. I listened to that several times. The voice in 01 was most plaintive. I heard that one twice. I am impressed with the work. What was the question you had for me, though? Something about the profile page. "Meaning?" The page has just been started, and I am learning how to set it up. I am sure what you want to the know the meaning of.
