Thanks for your very kind words and observations!

The phrase lengths are deliberately like they are to keep interest and the forward momentum of the piece--believe me its a very difficult task, that may not be so obvious :)

And thematic development is done  in new ways..again kind of a discontinuous continuity, where it may happen measures after youd expect it to.  All in striving for personal expression and doing things in these new ways, so sometimes it cant be judged by older methods. I simply try and go by if it works for me here, then it works :)

And as for the length, its only part of a projected larger work, so that was kept in mind also.

Very impressive work, thanks for posting this. You have a great array of pianistic textures here, a wide contrast of dynamics and endless variety of note combinations and phrases, I wish I had your store of creative ideas. I would like to hear some more extended phrases as a contrast to the shorter ones, and some more thematic development would also be a welcome addition I feel for a work of this length.
