Collision
I am now working on "Collision" - a concept album with ten tracks, and I have been rather busy in the last two weeks - I already have demo versions of five tracks. There are lots of different styles in this project. In my song list I've posted the first minute of a song called "Shed", which is about a snakeskin being shed, not about the place where you keeps yer tools! :)
The Piano, Sitar and Tablas are played live by me on the Fantom X8. Not sure how good a job I did, in that it may be impossible to play what I played on an actual sitar, which is always the problem with imitating real instruments...

Heh, yes, it's 7/8, but the verses are in 5/4, with a 9/8 for the fourth bar. Don't ask, it just fits the lyric :)
Thanks for your kind comments Chris. The other demo tracks are coming along nicely. I might have a rough version of the whole album within a couple of months...

Shed is great! Sounds cool, playable or not... When the piano kicks in, I really want to hear more! Is that 5/4? Kick it!
