I'd love to know how can I be a Hollywood Soundtrack Composer?
Must I go to Hollywood?
Or the directors and producers can pay compliments to Chinese composers?
And, I'd love to know what's my level if I live in America?

I think if you want to license music to movies you can do it from anywhere. If you want to "score" hollywood films, you must be in hollywood. And you must learn to really play the game, not just write good music. Talent is 1%, hard work, persistancy, consistancy 9%, luck and meeting the right people on the right level 90%
What do you mean by what is your level? For someone from abroad, I would suggest enrolling in a Los Angeles area school (like UCLA or USC) in a music or film program to just get here and meet film makers and see if you can find a way to fit in the scene. Otherwise I would suggest (once you have a solid reel of scored short films) that you go to LA with enough money to live for a year or two and just intern for free anyplace you can and learn the circuit
