Music Composers Unite!
Hi everyone, for all those in the dark as what exactly has been happening, I decided to write to the Guardian "Experiences" with the following:
"From the age of 17, apart from my years at University studying music, I had always worked. And then at 42, I developed a permanent condition known as 'Primary Lymphodoema Tarda' (cause unknown) and had to give up work. I am really getting back into this wonderful genre. I have joined the new ensemble in Seattle (Seattle Wind Symphony - www.seattlewindwymphony.org), and have enjoyed it. The genre is full of surprising innovation, not to mention a great way to relive old classics.
So, here is my listening for this evening:
English Folk Song Suite, Ralph Vaughn Williams
Suite No. 2 in F Major, Gustav Holst
A Child's Garden…Continue

I've added two new songs in my player. A piece for harpsichord and trumpet, called "Fly by Faith" and a piece for a bouncy of synths and a oboe, called "The Warmth of Your Smile". Go check them out!
