"the original idea was to be heavy on purpose, more post-rock(ish) so, yeah. I am working on improving my drums programing with more human touch, thank you for your feedback."

"Thanks for posting!  Interesting mix .... personally I think the drums during the first part add something much too mechanical to your lyrical theme.  Too heavy, too rigid.  You could have added rhythmic emphasis with other…"

jazz harmony book

Can anybody recommend me jazz harmony book for beginners? I am trained classical musician, i've mastered classical harmony at the university so it does not have to be ,,very'' basic with learning the music theory and stuff. Ihave listed a couple and i found Jazz harmony book by Andy Jaffe, from first impressions looks ok not too much complicated. Any info about this book or some similiar suggestions?See More

Ingo Lee replied to nenopro's discussion My neighbour's dog is an alien (Children's exercises: 1)
"Interesting and different, I like this. The two halves are quite similar but the first half is recorded at a lower level so that the accent at 0:26 is a bit jarring. Also there is what sounds like random noise from 0:45 to 0:57, not sure if that…"

"Hi Nenopro, Ecxept for the fact that the opening part before the piano part kicks in is electronic, I would say that you wrote this with a child performing it in mind. Quirky and full of good humor. I like it! Thanks for putting it up here! Gav"
