About Me:
I'm 33 years old and if I don't have one of my three kids hanging off me all day I'm strapped to a few computer's and kept there under lock and key until I write something!
I've been writing full-time for production companies since 2004 and I've been playing bass since 1987. My primary instrument is Bass and my secondary instruments are woodwinds, synthesizers, and violin. I'm a GI-20 fanatic strapped onto a few Thunderbirds and a Buzzard bass and I use it as my primary composing tool through a battery of programs and samples. My primary composing focus has been writing atmospheric underscores and elements, but I've also been kept busy writing for game shows and reality shows and advertising promos for trailers. Which has been a fun challenge writing like a method actor getting down right mean while someone is getting stalked on a film to switching gears writing to someone in a jet ski race to switching gears again to go play baseball with your kids! Been fun indeed!
I posted a few tracks that are a complete 180 from anything I've commercially produced (I prefer to merrily remain a ghost in that writing aspect!). I wanted to air out a little and put up some fun improv stuff that's just me having fun and way different then anything else I've worked on. Gloved Killers is centered around a old Moog Source that had a wonderful sticking LFO wheel That you literally had to bitch slap it while performing to make it work correctly! I slapped it as soon as the Violin comes in! Fog Walk is a Fender Rhodes rainy morning.... I would love to talk and network with all creative types! And can someone point me to the avant garde section???!

Really enjoyed your impro style ..I hear Brand X in there and many a throw back to retro prog which is cool for an aging hippie like me :p
Your jamming style is not too dissimilar from another forum member I enjoy listening to: JB Markham from Oz.
Thanks for the share.

(I throw a mean dinner party when i set my mind to it, my garage is a concert hall and there's all kinds of fun musical toys (plus of course you can all bring your own, too....) email me you guys if that sounds interesting
This is pretty wild. I didn't realize so many talented people lived here in the Springs. Then again, maybe I shouldn't be suprised. Hey Pat, I play electric violin also. What kind of fiddle do you have? I play a Fender EV-1 theough a bunch of Digitech processors.
