Sibelius??

Hello!! I have a question for you all. I am using Sibelius 3, and I'm on the verge of purchasing Sibelius 6. But I kind of understood that Sibelius is not the best thing to work with? I have no knowledge about the market of files in which to create your music. Does anyone have this knowledge? Hi!! I am working on uploading my music in an audible way. It should be possible!! Anyway, if I'm done, I really would like to know what you all think about the music. I didn't compose for a long time yet, or at least not at a row. I have been writing for a while, stopped, started, stopped, started, oh well, you get the meaning I guess. Today I am still wondering about what to do with the music that should be uploaded on my page. The sound is really bad yet.Also I am wondering how get to know more about Balkan music. I am thinking about going for some groups. Must be somewhere in Amsterdam, I would guess.What interests me most in music. I listened to your compositions. Although it was in MIDI sound, I liked the melody and imagined it being played live by real instruments. What program did you use?
