"Well done. It's a pleasant, happy piece and does have a touch of gold to it. My only comment is that it never changes key even to get to the dominant for a cadence. (How are you on "theory?") If you're ok with theory please…"

"Hi Ronald, This has a nice forward energy and the melody is pretty. In a pop vein. It's long enough that my ear started to want for some difference in tempo or some other contrast to keep my attention going. Thanks for posting! Gav"

"Very well produced. Musically, I like how you start out with the piano just playing chords. Then you break the chords up into some very nice broken, wide skips. Nice use of the flute's registers. All notes well=placed in the music spectrum.…"

My name is Ronald Fontenot and I am a composer, artist, author and illustrator. I began my music journey by composing children's melodies. This grew to composing children's songs and now I am composing songs intended for video games and animated short films. I have not done anything professional as of yet, but I would like to. I am a recent graduate of Colorado State University with a BFA in electronic art. I enjoy writing my own music to videos I have made for children. My channels on youtube include Kids Vids SCJ, YTKidsVIds and MusicSCJ. SCJ stands for Scott C. Johnson which is my pen name as an author and an artist. You can just call me Ronald though:)
