It took place under Schoenberg's directorship in 1913, two months prior to the famous Paris concert of Stravinsky's Rite of Spring, in which a riot ensued. An outbreak of similar proportions reportedly broke out during this Vienna concert. Webern's work, the "Six Pieces for Orchestra," aphoristic in a…See More

Thanks for your comments on Cor Agitur! I agree with you. The harmonic glissandi and Bartok pizzicato move the piece beyond the ordinary. I was just listening to your music. I especially enjoyed listening to Quantum Concatenations. It is unified and coherent, yet it occupies a musical territory of its own. I wish I could hear it with better software synths. It deserves a better sounding MIDI mockup!

Your music is very interesting to me, is stimulating.

I feel that there is a lot of ideas, especially the configuration of the sounds.

Thank you for your kind comments.   I'm new here too -- having only joined a few days before you.

The segments you listened to were meant to be heard simultaneously in the Memoir exhibition space (very large under railway arches) but only the first play list track approximates that combined whole.  Still I do think they mostly work as individual stand-alone segments.

My question was only about the significance of your profile image -- the three blue circles.
