Transitions between parts

Hi there~Right now I'm working on a winds quartet that has multiple movements and sections. But I find I struggle with writing transitions between them. Am I overthinking it? When I look at scores, they don't all necessarily have measures specifically devoted to easing into another section. But then I worry that the rhythmic/key changes are too sudden in my own composition.Is it okay to just have the sections follow each other without any sort of extra middle part to transition?See More
