I live in Evanston, Illiniois, with my lovely wife, Tricia, and my daughter, Kate. Also in my family are: Louie (dog), Seven (cat), Harry & Ron (guinea pigs), Cedric (leopard gecko), Hermione (hermit crab), and Zack (fish).

I've loved classical music for almost 40 years now. I compose to reflect my deep love of music.

I play piano, and have dabbled with violin.

yeah Mort Subotnick was one of the first to get on a synth called the Buchla (sp?) invented by a person call called Donald Buchla I guess. SAOTM is still kind of a land mark piece, but certainly not the first, being extended form and very tightly  structured utilizing exclusively synth sounds,
