Hi Mike,
Thanks for your nice comment on the video. I think Bara did a wondeful job with it, his Korean minimalistic expression works well with the music :)
Hi Mike,
I have just seen your comment to my little video sample. Thanks for your note. I am now listening your music and sounds incredible. My english has not enought words to describe very well my perception about but just want to say FANTASTIC. What sample orchestral library you use if any? or you use real orchestra.
Very best regards from Spain.

I recently expanded my libs with the Cinetoms which are awesome and last but not least the great Tsaiko lib of Sean Beason.

film, web, multimedia, Choir, Orchestra, Small Ensemble, Big Ensemble, Songs, Contemporary Ensembles, Other
What is your favorite genre or style of music?
Big Thematic Filmscores
Is music your main income source?
Yes!
Where do you live?
Sacramento, California
About Me:
I am a striving film composer. Need I say more? Well, I went to CSUS for my formal composition training and then to CRAS for my post production/recording training. I have written Band music for the Sierra Nevada Winds in Northern CA. I scored an independent film called "Last Day on Earth" Dir. by Dave Habeeb, and recently scored the music for "27 Down" a mystery Dir by John Depew. Also a little less recently I wrote a two minute spot for Harvard Business School's "Threadless.com" Video, on the internet. Recently I co-wrote a children's theater musical "Three Little Pigs" in Roseville CA. I am also currently trying to get my Symphonic Band scores published. If you would like to hear my musical talent or lack there of depending on who you are and what you can do, ;^) then go to www.showcaseyourmusic.com and type in "Mike Kitchens" in the artist box. I have about 40 or so original musical selections to listen to. Other than that, I teach music at an Elementary School, play trumpet in the theater orchestra, wind ensemble, hip hop band, and write music for and produce artists in the Sacramento area. But my true passion is filmscoring.
