- A Riverside Fantasy is a symphonic fantasy based on the world famous electro theme Riverside by Sidney Samson. This piece has been written in 2013 by the young swiss composer Michel Godel (born in 1993) and performed in the same year for the first time by the Conservatoire de Musique de Genève Orchestra (CMGo) under the direction of Antoine Marguier :
- From Byzantium to Istanbul is a symphonic poem written and played for the first time in 2012 by the Orchestre du Collège de Genève for its 50thbirthday, directed by Philippe Béran. This piece relates Istanbul's history in music, from its antic period to the actual one (and even a little after in the future...) through the Byzantine and the Ottoman Empires.
This piece has been replayed in 2013 during a tour in Italy in many places, such as the festival of Ravello.
