- I'm a bit of an all rounder when it comes to writing. I like moving between genres and styles which has served me fairly well over the years. I think I have a sound grasp of the techniques of composers from antiquity to the present. I'm not a great fan of atonal music although I've written some. Earning a living means having to work in the commercial sector but I would love more opportunities to compose for large ensemble and for the concert hall.
