Greetings,winter has just ended and it has been so lovely with lots of skiing. I used the winter inspiration to finalize this orchestral movement.The first part was much inspired by Smetana's Moldau where he after a tentative introduction plays a folky melody. "Thank you Gav, I had to look up that word which I never heard before. I believe it means ancient and indeed I am taught by the old masters. But I try hard to get a more modern touch, in this case the pronounced rhythm and the guitar.
