I couldn't really think of a good name, but I guess that doesn't really matter.I do realize a lot of my influences after completing this piece. - I am in the Army, but I am getting out soon. I decided that I want to go back to my roots, and get back into composing. I originally went to college to study music theory and composition, but switched my second year to history, as it fit in better with the Army as a career.
I haven't compose that much in the last 10 years but recently started up again. I am trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible.
The styles I am passionate about composing are Romantic, (I am a Mahler fan) and Jazz (I named my son Miles for goodness sake).
