About Me (Must include at least one paragraph of biographical information about you as a composer) - blank or minimal answers on this line will cause your request to be rejected. Include a link to your website if you have one.
My musical journey began as a child when I nagged my parents for piano lessons, closely followed by an acoustic guitar. Since then I have been creating music in a range of styles from jazz, classical, alternative rock and pop. This diverse musical background has become a solid foundation for music composition and production, giving me a broad spectrum of styles and influences to draw upon when creating original music.

I compose in a contemporary fashion using a fusion of real and synthesised instruments, combining the precision of digital technology with the warmth of analogue tape. This week my musical style is inspired by jazz blended with trip-hop but that could all change suddenly. Next week I could be inspired to attempt some baroque’n’roll, or a Stockhausen calypso.

When I am not composing and producing music I enjoy tinkering with old tape machines and tube amps, building guitars from bits and pieces found on ebay and discovering unique percussion instruments.

Thanks for listening to my music. I appreciate it. That Strat- yeah, that is my 'go-to' ax! Padouk neck, ebony fretboard. Noiseless pickups. Locking tuners. Jumbo frets. I was playing my Korg Z1 last night, becoming familiar with its patches and capabilities. Many of the patches are very expressive when using its x/y touchpad controller.
