Hello Graham. Thank you for your attention and comment on my page. I've listened your music. It's a good professional recording and composing jazz with a nice melodic line and beautiful sax and guitar part. It's a pleasure to listen a jazz. Hope on your friendship. It's a very important for me. Best wishes.:) Sergiy Byelousov.

Hi Graham.

Do you know the fly named the Dunkeld?

I'd like to know more about what you're doing - and if you every fly fish for Salmon.

I always prefer for jobs to be union. As you know there is no NHS in the US, so most musicians get health insurance through the union, and the funds come from employer contributions. On the other hand, it is quite possible to book players off contract as long as the money is equal to union scale+30%. The overage covers lost pension and health contributions.

Anyway, too much to explain in a post. Perhaps we should switch to email or ichat?

I'm getting a whole 'Bob James' feel from the track you have up. Smooth!

Hi Graham, I look forward to meeting you in NYC. If you bring me a good bottle of whiskey, I'll happily get NY's top players for you. One of my good friends and mentor is an ex-countryman of yours, Joe Temperley. Joe's been living in New York longer than I have, and I'm fromNew York! Anyway, give me a shout if you come to town. Dig ya later. -AF

You can only step back in time if you're old enough :-)
You'll probably know Laurie Hamilton. His mother lives in our little cul-de-sac.
Anyway! I think you're going for an east coast sitcom with the track you present here. Is it smooth or what? And you're right about the keeping in touch thing, I keep thinking I must give this or that person a call but get sidetracked in other directions. I'm well aware of how far or close we are in miles. I'll be in or through Perth sometime in the next couple of weeks visiting customers in my patch which is Scotland and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately I have a REAL job that pays the bills :-) so I can dabble with my obsession here in my music room.

Ray

Hi Graham,
Although we may not have met, I'm sure we must have some mutual acquaintances. I know a few who have passed through Perth College. I'm working myself on 1st Nov but maybe the Friday night.

Regards

Say, what's going on here? I killed a mac with a glass of water a couple of years ago too - ended up as an insurance job!

Help!

I'm looking for an agent in the New York area who would be interested in advising me/ helping me/ doing all the work for me/ in putting together a short tour - probably myself with 5 US musicians, which will exclusively feature my jazz & fusion compositions.

I've been offered one concert and intend/ need to expand that into a bigger project.

Some of what I do is here and at http://www.gra… Continue
