My Latest Composition

My latest composition is "Blues Appassionato". I am honored by having two world-class musicians perform it; Amy Beth Horman on violin, and Frank Conlon on piano. Take a listen to the MP3 file. What a treat!

What I'm working on now . . .

Right now I'm writing an instrumental for a medium-size ensemble called "Interplay". The theme must be about "Halloween", and it will be the corniest music imaginable. But it will be fun!

Hey David! Blues App is great! You should post the score in one of the groups or forums!

Hey David, thanks for listening to the tunes. I just added a bunch more in different genres, if you get a minute.

I really dig the "March" - and was reading your post about "Interplay" and the Halloween theme. Have you heard The Mannheim Steamroller's Halloween music? If you have access to Rhapsody or ITunes - check it out - it is very hip with a respectable amount of cheese and corn mixed in. I'm always trying to turn people onto things that are different, that's for sure.

I wish you well on the next project. Take it easy

Shane.

Tim,

About half of my music is Midi-based, and the other half is for live musicians. I have a Roland XV-5080 synthesizer, and I use several Roland sample libraries and expansion modules with it.

David,

Your music is very visual. Are most of your sounds midi? They are excellent if they are. What library do you mostly use?

Very good!

Hi, David. Thanks for adding me. I enjoyed your tunes. Very clean mixes almost minimalistic at times. And very animated. I think I liked Of Mice and Men best but it was a toss up with the March.
