Hi Dane,
I see from one of the threads that you compose on paper and don't know how to produce PDFs. If it helps, my printer has the facility to copy and save as a PDF - the printer itself wasn't expensive (around $100) but the ink refills admittedly cost a small fortune. You might consider shopping around and buying something similar.
