Im an up and coming composer. I've been playing the String Bass for 6yrs and got into composition around 3yrs ago so I'm slightly behind the curve. I dislike a vast majority of contemporary music, rap, pop, heavy metal etc. Certain songs get through to me but the excess of repetition (in a sense of unoriginality) really burns me.
