I'm a graduate of NYU's Master of Music Composition (Emphasis in Scoring for Film/Multimedia) program. My professional background primarily involves writing for film/T.V., but I'm looking to make further contacts in the industry, with the eventual goal of being a music supervisor for film/t.v. I'm thinking of attending Music in Media Interactive conference or the Hollywood Reporter/Billboard Film and T.V. Music conference in L.A. this year, but before I buy my tickets, I was wondering if anyone has previously attended either conference and if I could get some feedback (What was the format like? Were the discussions/panels helpful? Networking opportunities? etc...) I'm interested in gaining experience as music supervisor for film/t.v., so I thought this… Continue

Great to hear some music on your page finally! I'm really enjoying your stuff :) "Lullaby" is fantastic. Glad to see someone else using the celesta/glock/crotales(I'm not sure which it is, they all sound very similar to me) outside of the obvious "fantasy" style pieces. Also, your string work in "Three Vignettes" is really touching, and the brass accompaniment is perfect. Well done!
