A Minor Waltz

‘A Minor Waltz’ is Shimmer Song's third album and is made up of mostly solo piano compositions with some string arrangements, synthesizers and samples thrown in for fun. The style of this album is more classical and song-driven, as opposed to open soundscapes. I was inspired by the work of David Nevue, who I saw perform recently in the San Francisco area, Michael Nyman and Yann Tiersen.
