Comment by Jim Covington on November 6, 2012 at 2:00pm knock, knock..... hey... anybody here?
If so.... I simplified my life a little over a year ago and bought a Presonus 16.4.2 to make home recording easier up here in the mountains in Big Bear Lake, Cal..... when not out with the big boys in L.A. Anyone else ever play around with this board? It is VERY easy for all who grew up on Analog boards.... company has super support.... which I can't say for very many companies... especially those over seas.
Hope someone responds..... seems the last comment was back in 2011
Comment by Adam Weldon on March 18, 2011 at 2:54am As part of my HND in Sound Production (due to finish in 3 months) I've done lots of live recording, although the accolade of "Professional Sound Engineer" is best left for those who have spent many years perfecting their art. I've recorded things like, Chamber Orchestra, Brass Band, Various set ups of bands, Folk gigs, Jazz Orchestra and have just completed recording dialogue for a feature film short, recording and implementing foley alongside underscoring.
I'm happy to share the knowledge I have, or suggest a route to go down for a specific session.
Dominik, I have to say that Mid-Side with a pair of outriggers (omni) works a treat for alot of applications.
